They expanded and transformed the concept of quality.This course aims at their contributions, principles, and concepts where learners will learn about the historical evolution of quality and how it can be useful for the organizations. The modern Quality movement can trace its roots back to the medieval period, where craftsmen began organizing into unions called Guilds. In the early 20th century, manufacturers began to include Quality processes in Quality practices and nowadays the quality products and services are grabbing the attention of consumers.
