Certification Scheme for Unmanned Aircraft Systems (CSUAS)


Certification Scheme for Unmanned Aircraft Systems (CSUAS) has been notified by the Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA) on 26th Jan 2022. The scheme has technical requirements accompanying the certification process duly approved by MoCA. The certification ensures that the UAS adheres to the requirements as per the certification criteria of the CSUAS.

The program intends to discuss clauses pertaining to the technical criteria compliance for UAS as notified under Part 3 of the Certification Criteria for UAS (CSUAS).

The program will help the Certification Bodies (CBs), manufacturers and other stakeholders to enhance their understanding of the CSUAS assisting them in building and upgrading their competence as per CSUAS requirements.

Key Objective of the workshop

i.    To help CB personnel to build and upgrade their competence for the requirements under the CSUAS.
