Introduction to Medication Error

This course will introduce the learners to the concept of Medication Error, and then further expand on the topic by explaining the types of Medication errors. It will also cover the topic of Prevention of Medical errors, medical reconciliation and measures in error prevention. The learners will also get an understanding of the Reporting, Investigation and Management of Medical errors.
