About Regulatory Environmental Compliance in India

• Introduction and detailed discussion on the various Environmental Regulations – Acts and Rules prevailing in India viz
• The Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 as amended
• The Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act 1981 as amended
• The Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 as amended
• The Noise Pollution (Regulation and Control) Rules, 2000 as amended
• Other applicable rules in India for the Industrial Sector
• Discussion and practical demonstration on Annual returns need to be submitted by the industry to the authorities
• Dedicated ‘Question and Answer’ sessions to facilitate and provide participants with the opportunity to engage actively, seek clarification, and deepen their understanding through interactive dialogue

Prerequisites

There are no formal prerequisites for attending the ‘Online Workshop on Regulatory Environmental Compliance in India’ Training Course. However, it is preferred if the participant has a basic understanding of environmental concepts and a fair knowledge of Legal and Regulatory Frameworks.
