as regards new standard. This can be used by the companies

to upgrade existing FMEAs and develop new FMEAs. The new

FMEA gives more strength to prevention of problems

Jitendra Mathur

He has more than 33 years of industrial experience in Manufacturing & business improvement -. Currently training and consulting organizations by leading Manufacturing Excellence using TOC, Lean Manufacturing practices, Six Sigma and TPM. The experience gained comes from leading industries in automobile, defense, irrigation, textile, tyre and electronics industries, in India and abroad.

His experience includes improvement in velocity to deliver, flow improvement, rework reduction/ elimination and Organizational development, apart from leading the plant and business operations.

He initiated interventions of TOC, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma for business in three units I led, and consulting in various sectors.

Bagged 1st prizes for Zero Defect, Zero ppm, MPS Project and Quality Circle consecutively as part of JBM Cluster awarded by Maruti Centre for Excellence (MACE).

He is a Mechanical Engineer by education from MNNIT, Allahabad, 1986 batch. And further trained in Leadership, Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Constraint Management, Strategy development and deployment and Facilitation in organizational Development. Can read, write and speak Hindi, English and German languages.

Professionally, have held important and senior positions with Vespa Car Co Ltd. (Sister concern of LML Ltd.), Samtel group (India and Germany), Automat group and Adinath Forging group (Fastener & sheet metal assembly manufacturer). Few major clients consulted on TPM, TOC and Lean are NTPC, Apollo Tyres, Vadodara, Schneider Electric Vendors, CMT group (Tier 2 machined forging supplier to automotive sector), Radnik Exports, (Garment manufacturer for high end brands), Orient Abrasives group and other players in small scale sector

He is a certified Master Trainer and consultant for ZED program. Trained more 10 batches (~ 300 professionals) of master trainers, consultants, assessors on ZED and entrepreneurs on capacity building.

Currently, Quality award assessor for Quality Council of India (QCI), Engineering Export Promotion Council (EEPC) and Automotive Component Manufacturers’ Association (ACMA) apart from my training and consulting assignments.
