Amit is an expert with more than 14 years of experience in delivering Lean & Six Sigma practices and Project Management in various sectors like Manufacturing, Financial, IT/ITES, Services, Garments etc. Involved in various Project Management projects including process of Initiation, Planning, Execution, and Monitoring & Controlling and Closing activities to integrate them to ensure proper coordination.
